I got a very quick response from a lovely man called Ben, he called me directly and was nothing but friendly, informative and made me feel very comfortable and confident about my options. Unfortunately due to personal reasons I was unable to start the course Ben had suggested but when the time is right I will be getting straight in contact with them again.

Ms Kelly was very approachable,friendly,kind and supportive. I appreciated her effort into recovering fully the issue I adressed. I purchased a voucher for one of the courses and somehow the supplier took that course off the platform so they weren t able to offer it to me anymore so i was really sad that i couldn t study that courses,however ecourses4you made sure that i got in exchange for that course 3 courses in return to make up for the great content my previous one was having. Started with an issue ended up a solution! Had a problem accessing my course and was a bit worried at first due to the delay in email responses.
