Great service. I had no problem receiving or logging into my course. After about two months after starting my course, I contacted Ben who kindly helped me set up my student discount. He was super helpful and had me all set up on the same day. I highly recommend them.

Great prices and support. I purchased a course and did not initially get a response within the promised 48 hours. I contacted the team via phone and had my access sorted very quickly. The prices are competitive and the course was well structured and easy to set up. Satisfied with the purchase.
Awful
Awful, awful service! Paid for a review in August and I was unable to download or access it. I then contacted them only to be told someone would get back to me in 7-14 working days. After 14 working days I was then contacted to be told to wait 2-3 weeks for someone to look at it. 2 months later I have just been informed that they can’t offer the course and that I need to try and recover the money from the vendor! Absolutely awful service.

I have had ok support initially to my issue where my course content was'nt available. The delays in communication are an absolute nightmare however, I don't understand how a business can run taking 7-10 business days to respond to each email. I was promised new logins and access to course content via email on the 29th September 2020. As of the 14th October I have not had so much as an autoresponse reply to the follow up email queries which I have sent and the phone lines go unanswered. This is looking more and more a shambles and a wasted investment in education. 19th October update , It seems to be going from bad to worse .... I have at least finally received a response suggesting that i now try to recover my money and the course can no longer be on offer . The levels of service are just non- existant. Do not waste any time and money here , you will just be frustrated and disappointed!!!

...............some do say. I have been pointlessly corresponding with this bunch for months. AVOID like the plague - my last email to them dated 05/10: Hello Kelly. This has been an extremely frustrating experience from the start; whether it is numerous calls to your colleague to first detail a log in issue to the time lapse between correspondence to being fobbed off to third parties only for you to eventually come back to me seemingly disregarding previous correspondence. I will reiterate that I cannot log into the course - see attached from today. I will reiterate that I have not completed any of your course even though I have been told many times that I have. I will not be corresponding to third parties.
10/10 Customer Service, Course Content, and Prices
I purchased a Python course and didn't receive my login details within the 48 hour window. I sent an email, and an administration manager immediately returned my email with login details. All questions I had and further support I required were addressed incredibly professionally and quickly by the same correspondent, adding a personable feel to the exceptional customer service at e-courses4you. The content is fast-paced and structured, which is good for my style of learning, as I feel I am progressing quickly with the course, and achieving milestone goals that keep me motivated. The content is easy to follow due to excellent explanations. Finally, the pricing is excellent considering the number of hours worth of study material and the opportunity to gain a skill at the end! I'd pay considerably more for an Xbox game than for my course, and would have a lot less to show for it!

Online courses are a great way for you to learn without leaving your home. For people like me, who don't have a lot of time, it's great.
