Purchase a course and after 17 days still awaiting my access. If I send an email to enquire I get the same automated email to wait for 7 days. Absolutely pathetic!!

I bought a voucher and it allowed me to enter the web but not to register.Now as it's used once its expired.I escalated and send the voucher and 10 days later no resolution.Can I please have support or refund.
