Very Poor Training Provider with limited a total lack of Customer Support
Despite signing up for and paying for numerous courses, I have major problems accessing these courses, I have received various log-ins but are constantly locked out or are unable to access the content, also when upgrading from free loyalty courses I often don't receive the redemption codes for these paid courses. I have contacted customer support a myriad of times without any success. They have a number of sister companies including e-courses4youdirect who are as bad or even worse as I am still awaiting a response from their customer support for over a week for not providing access codes for purchased courses.
Not bad but not good (...yet) either
I've tried to log in a few times over the last few weeks and it kicks me off the page I've tried both on my mobile and laptop, as the course is supposedly able to be useful on both but I can't even get in. I've logged in and that's about all it let's me do. It keeps requesting for my voucher code which I enter and then it takes about 5-8minutes to load before resetting the page, so that I have to then re-enter the code. Please help. This is so frustrating. I see a few others have had the same issue. Not complaining I would just like to access my course please and thank you.

I tried to register but was told my voucher was invalid. Tried again but my email address was already taken. In other words iam registered but not able to redeem my course discount and presumably I will be bombarded with sales guff at premium prices
Issues resolved quickly and efficiently
I have never had an issue that was not resolved quickly and efficiently. This is the third course I have purchased and am always pleased with the service I receive. Thank you.

Competitive price, timely responses, learnable materials e-courses4you were significantly cheaper than the classroom course I was planning The speed they booked me in (and took my money :) ) was excellent And the materials are great. It's taken a lot longer than the class room - because I have had more opportunity to learn more and to learn better working on my own than I would have Video based learning is great (although my internet cap did not survive the month)

I had problems accessing two of my courses. I contacted the support team (Leanne) and the issue was resolved swiftly!
No major complaints but no recommendation either
I purchased this course because it was a great price when purchased through Groupon but wouldn't pay full price. I was using it to test my knowledge. I'm half way through the first module of a 17 module course and am finding the level of spelling and grammar errors incredibly frustrating. Not what I would expect from a professional course. In several places it appears to be written by somebody using English as a second language. No major complaints, I would just say that you get what you pay for.
