This company is a cover for spam

This company is a cover for spam. Since I signed up they've been spamming me with emails for advanced courses on the one I am yet to start because their system requires me to login from within a page ive already logged into, in order to start the course. Ive also had two robo sales calls about additional courses as well. I don't expect this sales crap when I simply signed up for a taster course. I'm not convinced they are legitimate. ____ in response to their reply below, no it was not apparent . My issue, which they did not understand, is that I was alreasy logged in, I chose my course and had to then enter another login, which did not work. When I raised a support request I receive a response trying to sell me an advanced course for the one I am yet to start. Later I receieved another response, which was wrong again, then another, implying I needed to buy the course first, then that my account was reset. No one has yet acknowledged the spam phone calls or emails. I bought the course online, I should not then have to unsubscribe from multiple listd I did not sign up for. Added to that I was told I was removed, but continued to receive emails. I've since unsubscribed myself, but will wait to see if that works. They sound all sweetness and light, but my experience is anything but.

Had an issue with redeeming a voucher

Had an issue with redeeming a voucher, sent an email and within less than half an hour got a response back from Sharna who had sorted the issue out! Great service from the email team! Thanks! Have already recommended you guys to a couple of friends!

PRINCE2 Project Management

The staff from e courses for you have been very helpful at up-grading my subscription. The Project Management course that i was taking, the exams have been discontinued, would have been nice to have been told in advance, but the staff were great at helping me get access to the newer course so that i can complete my qualification. I would definitely recommend this course to others. I cannot praise the helpful staff enough in getting me set up.

Hi my name is David. I would recommend e-courses4you to any one who wants to better themselves and gain knowledge in a field that they would like to succeed in. The courses are very informative and easy to follow. The support that I have received when I had issues logging into courses was excellent. Sharna who was dealing with my issues was always very prompt in replying back to me. The issues were solved very quickly. No matter what the issues were there was nothing that could not be sorted out. Sharna would always keep me up to date with the progress off the rectification. Thank you.
