The entire tracking and expedition report provided by your website is fictitious. The 2-4 days delivery time is also fictitious. You announce a free delivery partner that does not have the capability to provide the service. Why not just say that to some countries the delivery will take more than 2-4 days and exclude the free delivery service. It will be less competitive from a Marketing perspective? Maybe, but customers do not expect to be lied to by an European company. I'm still waiting for my product to arrive after 6 business days (as we all know, transportation is interrupted on holidays and week ends...) and will continue to wait until it arrives. I will be posting another review after it arrives.
