Great quality products and excellent customer service!

I love all the great things for sale and have tentative plans for buying several items in the future. However, on my first purchase of two bracelets, that I ordered the wrong size, I am not finding an EASY return process. This can be a deterrent from me continuing to be a customer.Please provide me with EASY guidance and support about the return process that will make me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. I really like the products you offer.

My new earrings are awesome. I wanted faux gauges/plugs but other ones I saw have posts that are too short. These are perfect. The quality is awesome as well. Incredible shipping too.

Super easy purchasing the products and got fast shipping. Unfortunately, the belts were too small and returning them is a breeze. I really like them I just need longer ones. I’m not used to ordering belts in centimeters. 😅

4/29/24 update: the company contacted me and offered a credit voucher, which I am unlikely to use, but I appreciated their response. ORIGINAL REVIEW: The order arrived relatively fast and was correct but the socks were poor quality, made in china, no different than the junk that I could have bought on Amazon for a quarter of the price. Unfortunately I opened the package and tried on one of the socks and took the labels off so I suspect I will not be able to return them. Very annoyed that I spent so much money when I could have bought the same thing on amazon.
