I bought a diver watch and it got foggy when I went swimming with it. I called customer service and they told me that I have to fix it myself definitely not worth almost $200. You’re better off going with a different brand a real diver watch is not sopose to get foggy this is not a diver watch You use it in the water I promise you that your watch is gonna go foggy and you won’t be able to see what time it is. Customer service told me to unassembled it and put it to dry in the sun. Definitely not worth buying.

I love the product. I ordered 3 bracelets. 2 bracelets came in a nice gift box. The 3rd one had no gift box. Why? And how can I exchange 1 XL bracelet for a L bracelet?How can I call you? Or how can get your address to exchange an item?

The quality is really far above what I had expected, especially for the low prices. I had a very minor issue and they responded super fast, absolutely great customer service experience with them. I've already been getting compliments on the two rings I have ordered, I plan on ordering more!
