Perfection

I was looking for the just-right gift for my friend, who was retiring and moving into the collegiate world. I wanted to find the right messenger bag/briefcase/laptop bag that would mirror his personality. I found it here and was able to have it embossed with his first name. I was a bit worried about it shipping all the way to the US but, my fears were mislaid. Bag showed up timely, and was even better received than I could have hoped. I will most certainly be shopping here again. If I could figure out a way to upload an image of the bag when he received it, I would. Really is a nice looking bag. What a great experience!

What a great experience. The platform is easy to navigate and the product selection is amazing. Every item was individually packaged, not just thrown in a bag or box to flop around. And the quality is top notch. This is not cheap stuff like some of the other sites I've used before. If you are looking for a great place to buy men's items at very good value for money this is it. You won't be disappointed.

Unparalleled customer service!

I have rarely seen such prompt and excellent customer service as was given me by the Trendhim support team. After sending an email detailing the problem I had with a product that was damaged in transit, the support team had responded within 3 hours and provided a solution. All of this was done after their normal business hours as well. The Trendhim support team went above and beyond for me and solidified that I will be a customer for life. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 -Ben Hancock

You will never find a better customer service experience.

My girlfriend ordered a watch for me for last christmas, an automatic movement mechanical watch so not cheap. She ordered it on December 4th 2022 and it arrived by christmas with time to spare. Everything great, couldn't be happier with the purchase/shipping/product etc. Fast forward ALMOST one year, just last week Friday the 24th of November 2023. I wear my watch daily, literally every day for the last year, and i'm not a gentle person, but its held up wonderfully, never an issue. But on this day i look at my watch and a small detail piece of silver trim INSIDE the watch on its face has unexpectedly come loose and has bound up on the hands and stopped the watch. We immediately started talking about finding a repair shop, or if i could possibly repair it, because i love this watch, when she says,"well let me check their website and see if i can find anything about warranties or returns..". To my surprise Trendhim has a VERY generous return and guarantee policy regarding the products they sell. My girlfriend couldn't even find the invoice or confirmation email from them for reference (although she did have her bank statement showing the purchase), yet i told her to send an email to see if there is anything they could or would do. this was Friday evening, 5pm Pacific standard time. I figured there was no way we would even hear anything until Monday (today) at the earliest. To my surprise she got a response Sunday from Jade their support agent for a small video showing the damage to the watch. We sent the video over on Sunday afternoon and THAT EVENING we got a response that blew me away. They not only apologized for what had happened (as if after a YEAR it could be in any way be seen as their fault) and told her that they were going to replace the watch and send me a new one at their own expense. And they told me to keep the one i had already, no need to return it! This morning she got an email with shipping and tracking information for my new watch. I am still beside myself in disbelief at how after a full year, with no sales invoice in hand, they stood behind their product guarantee, and not only took steps to make it right, but i feel went above and beyond any expectations i might have held with how this situation would turn out. I have never felt that any company actually cared about the products they sell or their customers, until now. I will forever suggest Trendhim to friends and family not only for the quality of goods they sell, but the quality of business they do. You will not find a better place in which to do business.
