Very helpful customer service. Couldn’t immediately fix the problem, but immediately presented a solution (reshipped my order immediately when they couldn’t fix my mistyped zip code on the in-transit order).

The rings that I ordered arrived as stated. They look better in person. Especially, on my finger. All of my dealings with Trendhim have been positive. I trust them to come up with additional designs that attacks my credit card.

I like the style of the items they sell. I ordered some bracelets. There was an issue with receiving the wrong item, but they quickly resolved the issue and sent the correct item. The customer service representative was friendly and helped me get the correct item. The shipping takes a while, but I think it's worth the wait. I live in the US, so that's why the shipping took some time. Overall, I'd give them 5 stars. I got what I wanted in a reasonable amount of time. I'm happy with my purchase.

Purchasing was easy, and tracking was straightforward. The socks I purchase were as advertised. I might have liked them to be more fluffy, but they function well. Free shipping regardless of dollar value of purchase was a plus.
