Trendhim very quick service. Loved the product. Everything I thought. Will order again

The value of the watch bands I ordered was great. I shopped other less quality bands for 2-1/2 times more money. Keep the prices where they are and I'll continue to buy them and add to my collection.

I’ve had nothing but the best customer care experience with Trendhim. I ordered 3 bracelets for my husband but got the sizing wrong. When I wrote to Trendhim, they were super friendly and responsive (within a day) and walked me through the return/exchange process. We live in US and I always had hassles with international returns/exchanges, but no issues whatsoever with Trendhim. Thank you for the expeditious customer care support, always spot on!

The product we ordered looked exactly as in the picture, is of great quality and exceeded our expectations. It arrived within the specified time frame and the Customer care team was fabulous. They helped me super promptly with a question I had about the tracking of the package. I would buy from them again.

The pricing is intentionally deceiving. They do not price/sell earrings in pairs. I purchased what I assumed to be a pair of earrings. Because the rest of the planet sells earrings in pairs. I received ONE earring. Upon my review of the order they do specifically state the order is for 1 unit. I ignorantly assumed a unit means 2 earrings. Still shifty. Also, they use DHL ECommerce. So don’t expect your single earring to arrive within a month. You could literally walk the products to peoples houses faster. Lesson learned, I won’t be shopping here again.
