Well alot of communication which is great. But you really need to follow the trail. I have 1 email that start you order is shipping followed by a message a day later stating we are short handled and we are work the best we can to get the ordered... then after multiple e mails I am inform the bue earrings are out of sock your order has been canceled. I them purchase the earrings from another shop. Wait for a refund from you all. I then get a package yesterday from your business. Didn't open it needs to be return and get a refund. Loved the product... and I will probably order from you sometime in the future, but as for now I need to return this package and get a refund. Communication is great...you need to follow this trail and see how confusing it is.

I would give this a 5 star but can’t because you weren’t clear about items being engaved couldn’t be returned I would have never engaved it. The email stated unhappy for any reason it could be returned. I found out it couldn’t be returned once I clicked on the return link! That was after I got the bracelet and found out my husband needs a bigger size. I hope this can be resolved or I’ll need to spend more money on a new one. He loves the bracelet.

I needed my item for a wedding

I needed my item for a wedding, i ordered it 2 weeks ahead of time. It's been a month and i still dont have my item. Worst shipping ever. The confirmation email stated 3-6 business days... how does that turn into 1 month?

After about a year

After about a year, one of the strands of leather in my bracelet broke. I sent picture to Trendhim and didn't expect anything in return. They sent me another one! True customer service! I haven't met an organization so attentive to the other's needs.
