Disappointed, they never contacted me back after they incorrectly engraved the back and not side of my watch. I paid for and double checked afterward that it was indeed a side engraving yet received it wrong.

Trendhim's customer service was wonderful. There was a shipping delay and we had ordered these suspenders for our wedding. They sent a replacement with expedited shipping so we would receive them in time.

Stylish magnetic earings are hard to find. I suspect there isn't much of a market for piercing prudes such as myself, but the styles that are present were nice. I kind of wish there were some more selections in terms of real gemstones or smaller millimeters, but I realize the smaller the magnet the less likely it will be to hold. Everything arrived in a timely manner and appropriately packaged. The larger piece is not really my style, but that's a me thing. I ordered just 1 of two styles to try it on and see how it looked. When I saw them I decided to order another one for both ears, along with another set in a different color.

Had some difficulty with my original order, bracelet was too small, and the replacement order, bracelet set was not complete/as pictured, but company was quick to resolve my problems at no extra charge. Products ship quickly with tracking. Highly recommend!
