I did not receive the package, is my package lost?

Good experience. Good quality products. My only concern was shipping. It did arrive on time. However, there were a few days that it didn’t show in the tracking app after it arrived in the US. It made me nervous it had been lost. However, it got here in time!

During the order process the size of the bracelet I ordered was large… the confirmation came back as extra large. Asked customer service for help changing to order to what I thought I had ordered and they ignored the request telling me “yup you ordered an extra large…” ignoring the request to correct the order. Frustrating! Have to go through added steps to get what I Al want… probably going to cancel whole order and go somewhere else to shop.

The watch is beautiful it is heavy itts durable I got an engraving on it and even that is beautiful. Even though it's coming from Denmark and I live in Utah it said 3 to 9 business days for shipping and it arrived in 8! I am sooo happy with it!
