The product was what I was looking for and the delivery time was great!

I purchased a product and received it in a timely fashion. The look and quality exceeded my expectation. After a day or two I noticed the product not working as expected. I emailed customer support and received a response the same day. Upon reading my problem they sent a few troubleshooting tips. When those didn't resolve the issue a video was requested trying the suggestions. After sending the video a response was sent the next day telling me that a replacement was processed and to be sent immediately plus a discount on my next purchase. It just arrived and is working perfectly. It is a pleasure to work with such a reputable company with great customer service, especially based in another country which was a concern. Order on January 6th still haven't received order and will not issue refund .

Found Trendhim thru a random Google search and this site is legit! I purchased basic black rimmed glasses for my husband for Xmas and they look authentic (not "costumey"). The glasses showed up earlier than expected and the glasses came in a shnazzy velvet bag to protect them on his desk. The company he bought glasses from on Amazon went out of business, so at least he has a new site to get new ones! Also, this site has sooo many designer rims, I have a feeling we'll be buying more.

Being that this was my first purchase with trendhim, I'm pleased with how smooth and quick everything was. It was easy to keep up with my package and both my earrings and bowtie came as advertised (although I was dumb and didn't realize to put on a second earring with my order).
