Initially I ordered a black moda flat cap and liked it, so I ordered a grey one as well. Both showed up in a timely manner in good shape. I couldn't find anything like this in cotton in the U.S. Thanks Trendhim!

I had an issue with getting my order in a timely manner. I was grateful to have the assistance and resolution of the Trendhim CS staff. They informed me via email that my order was placed on a hold for some reason for a few days. That being said, they were able to fix this issue for me immediately once I reached out for support. I was happy at the design of the products but I did receive a slightly damaged earring - probably damaged through the mail. I would hope it's not due to the quality of the product. I am happy to give the online shop one more shot to purchase products, though.
