My order was place a month ago. And when tracking package says the shipment was returned to point of origin, didn't even make it to US. And not even a apologizing email....I was super exited but now disappointed But for sure I get 1 or 2 advertising emails a day.

Ordering was easy. It was received in a timely manner. Had to return one product due to size and the process was seamless and exchanged product was received timely as well. Also asked customer service some questions and they were quick and courteous to respond. No issues whatsoever. 2nd purchase to date and both experiences were flawless.

I am very impressed with the rapid shipment from Denmark. I have experienced longer transit times from locations in the "lower 48' states.

I initially purchased a few watch cases on the UK website and had the Order shipped to my UK address although I would have preferred the goods be shipped directly to Hong Kong. Karine helped direct me to the international site, arranged for a refund and I re-ordered for shipping directly to HK. She was helpful and quick to assist. When my order appeared to be lost she helped dispatch another shipment immediately. Amazing service.
