Amazing products and even more amazing customer support. A watch I had purchased stopped working as the counter weight became loose. Support was quick to solve the problem and mail out a replacement.

Didn’t realize product was coming from Denmark. Ordered on August 16 and received it September 2. Needed it for an occasion that had passed. Shipping info said 3-9 days and tracking status didn’t change after the first day. I also didn’t know earrings were sold as singles. I saw it at bottom of form after the fact. Other sites note this at the beginning of the product list where it can’t be missed.

First time ordering from Trendhim, end even though it took a bit longer than I thought to arrive(beyond their control shipping internationally) I am very impressed with the tie. The packaging is quite nice, and the quality, and design is that of a much more expensive tie.

The Trendhim website was very easy to use and place my order. While awaiting my item to clear customs I contacted Trendhim customer service for a shipping update. Their customer service responsed promptly and courteously with the information I needed. Upon delivery I was also very impressed with the craftsmanship of the jewelry. Overall, very pleased with this company and will order from them again.

Great customer service as it relates to response time. My package was extremely delayed, due to customs. Tracking system was extremely helpful. I was glad to receive gift items ordered, as these were for a very special person. Just regret it was not received on time for birthday celebration.
