My order got held up in Customs and it looked like it wouldn’t arrive in time for my boyfriend’s birthday. When I called they sent me a new bracelet on an Express delivery and I received it in time!!! I would definitely order from them again! Great company and quality products.

I received the bracelet several days ago, but was previously concerned about the shipping time. Then I noticed the location in Denmark and call customer service; the person responded offered assurance. Not a problem at all and great customer service! Ordered my bracelets over two weeks ago I have not received them and the shipping has not moved since it said they were shipped. At this point I just want my money back.

Don't order from this company. This is the first and last time I order anything from them. Ordered bracelets on Aug 4th, 2022 and received an email the next day on August 5 with a tracking number. YOUR website recommended the 3-9 "business" day shipping option. It is now day 10 and I still don't have my bracelets I ordered for a vacation that starts tomorrow, Aug 20th. Customer service is useless and "claims" the product has been sitting in US customs since Aug 5th. What a scam. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau with a complaint. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE. Products are shipped from Denmark, and I don't believe it has ever shipped. They are lying.

Everything is ok, but the packaging needs improvement. The bracelets should have been placed in a cloth bag to protect them. Other than that everything is fine.
