Amazing product

I ordered two of the knit Fawler hats, blue and grey, and loved them of course. I lost the blue one and after too long I decided it was time! I’ve now ordered a blue AND a black (just in case!) and a Fawler scarf for good measure. Thanks guys!

Overall I am very happy with the products I purchased and with my shopping experience. When my order arrived, I found that I had misjudged the size I needed for a bracelet, and decided to exchange the product for the next size up. The return/exchange process has been very simple and easy, so I am very satisfied with that. Also, the email lists from signing up have been interesting and helpful.

The earrings I bought came fast and they have very high quality for a pretty decent price.

Purchased 2 items and one of the items was lost in transit to the USA as the box was open at one end when it arrived. I sent an email and received an immediate response with apology. They took care of me and expedited the missing item to me. Interestingly when it arrived one end of the box was not taped closed again but this time did not fall out. Great quality products and excellent service
