Regular people don't have a good comprehension of the size of earrings in mm. The black ones I ordered for my adult son were so itsy bitsy that I opted to give them to a little girl instead. Would have loved to just got my money back; but, had to exchange & biggest similar earring was only twice as big, which was still way too little. Plus, I was afraid I'd get stuck with shipping cost again, which wasn't cheap.

The CORWIN AMAGER GUNMETAL 10MM ROPE CHAIN BRACELET is a great bracelet, it is just too big for my build. I will return for something about 8mm in size. Otherwise, it is great design, weight and construction.

Trendhim customer service is excellent! I bought a beautiful leather bracelet that was unfortunately the wrong size. No fault of anyone's, I just happened to be between two sizes and I bought the large size when I should have bought the medium sized bracelet. I contacted Trendhim customer service and they immediately took care of the replacement. I did pay return shipping, but the new bracelet arrived within a week. I'd highly recommend this online store for high quality hand made leather jewelry. I'll be a customer forever, thanks!

Iv used your online store many times now and have good experiences even after a necklace came broken it was replaced straight away with no problems. My only complaint is but I have had this many times before is the the rings you sell don’t come large enough for my fingers. Apart from that it’s a great store.
