Ordering and fulfillment from Trendhim was simple and easy. It was nice to have shipping information readily available so that I could track progress of the delivery until my products arrived. Each product was well-made and had separate velvet bags with a drawstrings so I can keep them protected between uses. Nice touch!

Once again, TrendHim went above and beyond for me. A bracelet set I received did not fit, and so I initiated a return and purchased a differnt set and size. The new bracelet set fits perfectly. The return process was so easy, and they had my new order shipped within days. As always, I will continue to recommend TrendHim for their great quality and service.

Trendhim has been wonderful. I got a rosewood shaving brush that I liked a lot but the badger bristles kept falling out. They sent me a new one for free and that got stolen at the post office and they then sent me another one and it is fabulous. I love the customer service.
