Time to rethink delivery Company Freddie

Once again rather than ringing the door bell the delivery driver dropped the flowers over the back gate & as a result some were damaged. 10 days later (water changed as suggested) the Lillies have not opened & many flowers have wilted before opening - most disappointig.

Usually too white.

Good delivery service, flowers usually in good condition. Arrangements tend to be too white - this has been better recently but there were no coloured flowers at all in the Christmas delivery. My wife had to get a bunch from elsewhere to give it a bit of life.

Waste of money.

The Quality has decreased in the past year, I always have to buy additional flowers. I have been trying to cancel my subscription but they make it impossible.

Recently had flowers delivered they were just perfect and fantastic value for money

Recently had flowers delivered they were stunning the quality was fantastic.The care guides were great and they are still looking fantastic ten days in Lovely delivery man took the time to communicate delivery n the service was without issue Subscription I can’t recommend enough just five star with Freddie’s flowers Thankyou once again

Disappointed but resolved

Update Was contacted by customer services who helped to resolve the issues and restore my faith, thank you Caitlan Was really looking forward to receiving my first order of flowers only to be disappointed the three stems of alstroemeria were missing so the flowers could not be arranged as instructed and therefore was not looking as great as they should have been for Christmas, I sent an email to Freddie and was offered 25% off my next order, which doesn’t really make up for the disappointment and assuming that I would want to reorder. I had also arranged a month gift order of flowers for my Mother as a Christmas present which also included a vase, flowers arrived but no vase, not a very good start. Update vase arrived thank you
