AVOID- no flowers received

AVOID- no flowers received. They The worst customer services I have ever received. Ordered flowers to be delivered on Christmas Eve. Phoned on the day of delivery to check what time they would arrive to be told that they would not be arriving at all. I had received no communication at all from Freddie’s Flowers to let me know that the order was not going to be fulfilled. No refund had been given. They had my money for two days. Given that there business is taking flower orders and making deliveries they have failed. I was given no reason that the order could not be fulfilled- “it’s just showing a logistics error on our system”. Was advised that the refund would take 3-10 days, meaning that Freddie’s Flowers would have had my money in their account for up to 12 days and delivered absolutely nothing.

Update - Freddie’s have atoned Gutted about the flowers I sent my Mum…

Update! Moving from 2 stars to 4 Freddie’s flowers called very quickly after my email and have dealt with the situation very well too - promptly and generously. Can’t fault customer services, and other flowers sent have been good. Gutted about the flowers I sent my Mum for Christmas. Seeing the picture on my invoice versus what she sent to me was upsetting. Hardly any foliage - have you taken too many festive orders Freddie? I feel embarrassed having sent them to her. I would happily upload the pictures here.

Horrible service.

Horrible service. You treat customers like a rubbish. They changed delivery date and I had to cancel my appointment with GP because I had to wait for a courier. But later I received a message where they said they can’t deliver me today!!!!! Unbelievable!! And it is 1 day before Christmas!! You focus on quality not quantity.

There are missing stems from my order, there should be Alstroemeria. This is the first time I have used Freddies flowers and I'm disappointed that the order wasn't complete.

So disappointed no vase therefore flowers didn’t look like in picture

Further update spoke to Caitlin a few times and just want to say her customer service exemplary and she is a credit to Freddie’s flowers how she handled this compliant . Caitlin went the extra mile and beyond and took the time to listen to why I was so upset and annoyed . Anyway all is sorted because of Caitlin and Ashley and wish you all the very best of xmases . Thank you caitlin for just listening you are a star xxxx Was so excited to get my delivery in time for Xmas sadly it came with no vase and the flowers look nothing like the picture looks very sparse and because a different vase which I had to borrow from my daughter as didn’t have a suitable vase as was expecting the vase in the picture flowers looks nothing like what I was expecting really dissapointed and just hope you will be sending a vase soon but sadly will be too late for Xmas . Really excellent service

Love this company. I’ve received 2 boxes of flowers so far, and they have been well packed and a generous selection. They are long-lasting with the included plant food, and last the whole 2 weeks between deliveries. I also love how they theme the weeks, the festive box I received yesterday is perfect and looks great for Christmas. Can’t recommend this company enough!

Eine gute Geschäftsidee

Eine gute Geschäftsidee, wenn alle Partner performen. Wir waren einige Monate Kunde. Meine Frau hat sich immer sehr auf die Blumen gefreut, sie waren immer von guter Qualität und die Sträuße fanden wir innovativ. Der Kundenservice hat auch gut funktioniert, es gab immer schnelle, freundliche Antworten und solange alles im ermessen von Freddiés Flowers lag, eine kundenorientierte Lösung. Warum haben wir gekündigt? Der Lieferpartner funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Die Blumenkartons wurden, bis auf zwei mal, (wir wohnen in der Innenstadt) vor das Haus gelegt. Nachbarn haben es immer bemerkt und die Blumen an sich genommen. Es grenzt an ein Wunder, dass kein Paket einfach mitgenommen wurde. Leider fand man bei FF dafür keine Lösung. Wenn ich die Bewertungen des Lieferpartners lese, weiss ich auch warum. Es ist schade.

After a slight hiccup Freedie's Flowers were excellent at rectifying the problem. Customer service were more than helpful. Much appreciated. Flower's were excellent, vase is beautiful
