Very happy first delivery

Had my first delivery today and am delighted with the delivery person, packaging/ presentation and flowers, as well as the instructions etc. Cannot wait to see the flowers opening over the next days to fully appreciate the bunch.

Ich rate ab - vergammelte Blumen geliefert

Der heute gelieferte Blumenstrauß sieht aus, als sei er zwei Wochen alt, von der Frischegarantie keine Spur. Die Blätter der Blumen hängen schlaff herunter und sind teilweise vergammelt, die Rosen sind nicht nur bereits aufgeblüht, sondern schon am Verwelken, zahlreiche Stängel sind abgeknickt. Das ist wirklich eine Frechheit. Statt Freude über frische, schöne Blumen hat mich in dieser Box einfach nur maßlose Enttäuschung erwartet. Einfach nur traurig.

The most beautiful flowers

Absolutely made up with my beautiful flowers. There was no issue with delivery, I received a message with a 2 hour time slot of when they would arrive. The flowers were carefully wrapped, some with netting around the flower to protect it. Included are instructions of how to place the flowers to get the best look. Two weeks later and my flowers are still as beautiful. If I could add the pictures I would. Highly recommend Freddie’s flowers and can’t wait for my next delivery.

Disgraceful company

Cancelled the account on the 18th October. Received an email back from FF confirming the account is closed. Yesterday & today they have taken £30 each day off my credit card - emailed again, and they have today "cancelled my account" - again!! In the meantime, £60.00 on my credit card, waiting 5 - 10 days according to FF to be refunded. Why have they taken 2 lots????

Beautiful flowers

I expected my first delivery Monday 4th Nov this did happen but they were dropped off in the porch of the building where I live, any one of 57 flats could have taken them, there was no information on the box either, it was just by chance I checked with our Manager and there they were. Freddies flowers have apologized and hopefully that won't happen next time, the Flowers are beautiful and of good quality so hopefully next time I can give 5 stars, I am enjoying them very much, better luck next time.E Trow Kent

Helpful customer service

I had an issue with an order, and the response I received to my email came 7 working hours later, which was too late to amend my order. I left a voicemail to the customer service helpline. Within half an hour I had a call from Ruby, who was very empathetic and worked with me to get a resolution. She was the most helpful contact I'd had at Freddie's Flowers, explaining everything in detail and making sure I was happy with the resolution. They're very lucky to have her.

Beautiful flowers

I receive flowers once a mont and really look forward to it. There is always an interesting selection and with very clear instructions, so they look fantastic once arranged!
