Flowers were beautiful, delivery was seamless, but the card was not included so recipient didn't know who they were from. UPDATE- from looking at reviews it seems like this is a common occurrence. Such a shame as flowers are great but why offer the option to include a card and then not do so?

This is the first time I've used Freddie's Flowers and I was disappointed that the flowers I ordered for a birthday on the 27th arrived a day late, and I've not had any explanation from Freddie's Flowers as to why. I also didn't get an email to say that they be delivered late. I did think it odd that I didn't get a confirmation email to say that the flowers had been delivered, but because it was my first time using them I didn't know what to expect. In the end the flowers were delivered the following day but because the recipient wasn't at home they were left lying on the doorstep. I've emailed Freddie's Flowers to give feedback and ask for an explanation but no response so far.... Having said all this, the recipient was really pleased with the flowers albeit they were received a day late.

Can be a bit hit and miss, not entirely convinced yet that it's worth the money. My latest bunch had the promise of being stunning. However, it contained snapdragons and Lillies. The snapdragons were open on receipt, the Lillies weren't. The snapdragons wilted after 3 days, before the lillies even opened and are now in the compost. I am left with some beautiful lillies but not £30 worth. Have skipped my next few deliveries until I decide whether to cancel or not.

Well the flowers arrived but I had know idea that they did I had to phone the person that I had sent them to and found they had I think there could be an email to tell you they had arrived.

Excellent service and wonderful, reliable quality. They make wonderful gifts, and the next-day delivery up until 8pm the day before is SO handy—especially if you forget a birthday!
