Really disappointed as the flowers didn't arrive when the text message said. They were not here in time for my family lunch and they had to sit in their box until i had time to unpacka nd tend to them (((((

Flowers always arrive well packaged and in great condition. I also like the tips for how best to display them too.

Edited: Two days later and 2 of the three roses have perked up so only one floppy one now... still not sure this looks like £30 worth of flowers though! Freddies Flowers used to be beautiful! Now, they are much poorer quality and I seem to find that what is on offer doesn't look as nice as what I can buy locally for far less. When I resubscribed, I was taken in with promises of it being more flexible and not having to have lilies in the bunches. Well, yes, it is flexible, but you have to remember to check if you like what is going to be sent out so you can cancel it - life is busy, so it's easy to forget. An email the day before the cut off reminding you to opt in to the delivery would be far better. And you can forget about the lilies being excluded - the person who sold the subscription to me never added this request to my order. I've just received my final delivery of Freddie's Flowers - cue disappointment with a bunch of sad greenery, some floppy roses that look past their best and several pink lilies to bulk it out! Based on previous experience, I expect the flowers will last a week and then all I'll be left with will be some sad greenery. I'll try and give the lilies away to someone else!

Beautiful flowers delivered on time.

I have received Freddie's Flowers on a number of occasions, and often send a box to friends as a thank you or on birthdays. The flowers are always of a very high standard. They look beautiful and last a very long time. I have yet to be disappointed. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this company.

Genuinely impressed with the quality of the flowers received. Have tried other companies that have been good but these are another level. Long lasting, great quality and range.

This month’s arrangement is one of the best I have ever received.the buds have all opened at the same time which makes the vase look very full even though there are only a few stems. The only downside is there is no smell from any of the flowers 😔

I didn't see the flowers, but the recipient said nice things about them. However, the lower rating is because DPD contacted them the day before to say that Freddies Flowers would be delivered the following day. Thus spoiling the surprise!

This was a birthday present for my sister-in-law - she was absolutely delighted with it and sent a photo of the display. Delivered on day requested with no problem at all.
