Love the offer of vase for flowers. Loved most of the flowers but the first 2 bouquets were almost identical. Since this was almost white, I wasn't happy with the 2nd bouquet. I loved the colours and flower choices of my 3rd bouquet. Today, I was expecting a delivery, and had received a text confirming that, but nothing received. I had previously had an email saying that my payment had failed, and to click to pay. This took me to page not found, after a number of tries. So I went to my account on the website and could find no facility to pay. However, it looked to me that a payment had been taken, so as I say I expected a delivery. Another problem I found with the website is difficulty selecting choices. You show different bouquets and what I'm expected to receive. It seems you can select another bouquet for a date you won't be delivering, and click 'I want this'. Does this come instead of the one for your date of delivery, or is it an extra selection for the date shown? The website doesn't explain the procedure. I didn't want the peachy bouquet, so selected another. But the message today said I would get the peachy. I really appreciate the information sent on the flowers and the lovely card. Also the 'training' emails.

Bought birthday flowers for mother inlaw, decided to optimise from letterbox. They looked absolutely gorgeous, very good quality. I saw them a week later and they were still going strong.

Once again, outstanding flowers from Freddie's...nine different flowers/foliage! They have been here two weeks and are still amazing! My guilty pleasure in life!

The flowers and vase arrived quite early. They are beautiful thankyou. The only problem was my husband see we had to save the flower box and return it with next delivery so he has recycled it. I will remember to save next time sorry

I always choose Freddie’s flowers when I want to send a gift, because I know they are always beautiful flowers, in great condition with expert advice on caring for them and arrangement . Last year, I received a box every month, as a birthday gift and it was one of the most special gifts I’ve ever had, adding gorgeous bright arrangements to my home all year long.

The flowers were for my wife. They looked great but a lot were closed. The yellow roses were out and were beautiful. Other flowers open day by day making the bouquet a changing beautiful sight. After two weeks all the flowers are open and they still look stunning.

First delivery of Freddie’s Flowers with vase arrived day before we moved into our new home and have been a delight every day as we unpack, and 3+ weeks later there are still flowers to enjoy. We received delivery of gift flowers from nearby florists which barely lasted a week. I have since sent Freddie’s Flowers as gifts and recipients love them too especially the arrangement tips. Will only send Freddie’s flowers now to others - they’re the best!
