Bought a Panerai for my 40th birthday and was very impressed with the overall service. Initially viewed the watch online with the very helpful high res images and ultimately picked up the watch in their boutique. The watch was absolutely immaculate and I am very happy with my purchase. I dealt with Matt who communicated well via email and phone and who was also very helpful when I bought in store. He gave me some good advice and recommendations regarding aftermarket straps. They seem to be people who really enjoy watches and it shows.
