Engaged this company March - July 2023 to deal with conveyancing purchase. Service ponderous throughout, they had to be repeatedly chased up at every stage. Twelve weeks have elapsed since completion and they have yet to provide basic information concerning Deed retention or a receipt for services. I even had to speak to the vendors solicitor to ascertain information! I'm fed up with chasing them up and being ignored and have made a complaint to the Legal Ombudsman. Reply to Glover Priest - Thankyou for finally contacting me. You ignore emails and even a message within your own messaging portal so there is no point in me using either to recap the reasons for my dissatisfaction.
