Smooth enough process considering how stressful selling a house can be, and Adam in particular was a pleasure to deal with. The team pulled all the stops out too after a delay due to an electronic blip. I would use them again.

We recommend Jack Howell from Glover Priest solicitors, he went above and beyond to help us with a quick and smooth purchase of our first property. We feel he deserves the full credit as unfortunately not everyone was pleasant to deal with, but Jack was so was polite and helpful. Jack did not hesitate to guide us through the purchase process and ensure we fully understood any queries. He managed to get us through the purchase process in perfect timing.

Lazy is probably the best description. They asked for loads of info via their online portal and still asked for it again as they hadn't looked at the documents online. Forwarded emails with no explanation asking me to supply things I knew nothing about but also asking for things I had already supplied e.g attached a copy of boundaries with car parking space marked and asked me to supply a copy of the car parking space boundary as they hadn't bothered to open their own attachment to check! Much more of the same. Never got in touch unless chased and all in all it was a slow, cumbersome and wholly inefficient process. Would not use again. Reply to Glover Priest: I am not disappointed with the outcome as the sale has finally completed. I am however disappointed with the route we had to take to get there. Severe lack of professionalism and customer service which ultimately cost me money.

Was a long drawn out procedure but the problem was not on our side but from the purchaser solicitor and we were kept informed throughout.

We felt Glover Priest were very thorough and professional, however the last week of our house purchase was quite a stressful time and they could have managed our expectations better and commicated more effectively.
