"Ya, what do you want?" That's my customer service in one line! I called to order a casket today........well not after talking to that rude idiot! He kept saying: " like I just told you" Glad I didn't buy anything from you !!! Guess what? When people call you it's because someone in the family just died you jerk!! Don't buy anything from them!

Poor Customer Service and Outrages Shipping Cost

The owner of the company treats you like a Car Salesman. Hurrying up through the process, then when you want to think about the price and the extra charges, he threatens you with raising the price. I wanted to talk to family members about the price, because he was going to charge an extra $500 for shipping only, 80 miles. He said, if I call back he would have to raise the price on me. He was very rude, and insulting, and if it wasn't for time-frame that I needed the casket for my mother, I would have shopped elsewhere. During your grieving time, I would not recommend utilizing this company unless you want to be hassled and taken for a ride.....

My grandmother passed away suddenly of cardiac arrest on 9/29/17. She loved the casket that my aunt had which was pine. The funeral director had one that was $6000. Sky caskets had one that was $2000. Rex and Colby were amazing they made sure everything was the way we wanted it and even though I was a little snippy with them due to the circumstances they were always nice and professional. My grandma's casket was beautiful and we cannot thank them enough for all of their help!!! Highly recommended!!!

Horrible person.

The only thing good about this company is the fast delivery, so fast you are not given the opportunity to inspect the poor quality, damaged casket you will receive. As far as customer service, when purchasing, you think you are dealing with the Virgin Mary. after that, might as well be the devil himself. very disrespectful and rude.

I would give a zero if I could. After my mothers funeral I called to ask a simple question about the casket we had purchased. The same sales person we had talked to refused to answer the simple question and started swearing and telling me to "go take my heart meds old man". POINT 1 Well I am not old. POINT TWO How does this company employ such a stupid person? POINT 3 The shipping to us was late, he said Tuesday it was Thursday. Point 4 When confronted he claimed to be a different company, That was not true at all unless he has more than one website. After all I had only dialed the number on Sky Caskets 888 979 2155. POINT 5 Buyer Beware, there are other companies who have a reasonable price and show you respect especially at a time of grieving.

Needed a casket for my mom and didn't like what was offered at the funeral home. Found one I liked on sky casket called .Rex called back but didn't have the one I wanted. Sent me text of two other and they were beautiful. Colby kept me updated about delivery. Rex and Colby great customer service. My mom looked beautiful and the quality of casket was superior.

Casket sale scam under disguise of Sky Caskets

Someone answering as Sky Caskets took $100 alleging that the money was being applied towards a casket. He was told that we had already purchased a casket. He said that he could offer a better casket and save me $1000. On the next day he withdrew from my bank account $495 without my authorization. He said that he (as a business owner of Sky Caskets) has a good past working relationship with my funeral director and that he would cause an amicable swap of the caskets, yet when he called the funeral director he posed as a nephew. I am in the process of recovering $595 payments that were frraudently taken from me.

Wallace Funeral Casket

I ordered the Misty Mauve casket for my mother about 6 weeks before she passed away. When I called to have it sent to the mortuary they told me it would arrive the following afternoon. It was delivered to the mortuary by 7am the next morning! The casket is simply stunning! All of my family was extremely happy with my choice. Matthew was very kind and patient when I called him. The only suggestion I gave them was that they needed to add their phone number and website address to their invoices.

LOW QUALITY CASKETS!!!!

After searching many different casket websites including the following: Costco.com, CasketSite.com, and Batesville.com. We ended up purchasing our casket from Sky Caskets only to find out the casket we ordered was a Chinese knockoff of a Batesville Casket model. The rubber gasket glue was only affixed to a portion of the gasket making us have to purchase glue to make sure that there would be suction when the casket was closed and locked. Other than that, there was issues with the paint where there were darker splotches of paint in certain areas of the casket versus other areas. Needless to say we will not be purchasing a low quality casket from China again. Sincerely, Johnathon

Poor customer service

The man was friendly taking order but when he shipped the wrong casket and it was delivered late he said oh well. This is awful in a time like this his quote was I'll still get my money, horrible company. Do not ever trust them!
