Commande payée et toujours livrée et aucune réponse à mes mails. Serait ce du vol en bande organisée ?

Ik kan zelfs niet meer inloggen op mijn account. Ze hebben me geblokkeerd ! Ik kan dus 219,45 Euro op mijn buik schrijven. Gelukkig heb ik via PayPal betaald. Hopelijk kan ik langs deze weg mijn geld recupereren. Hoe is het mogelijk dat zulke malafide firma's blijven bestaan ??? Foei !!!

On July 20th 2024, I sent an email to fixparts-online.com to CONFIRM quote and shipment with estimated date of arrival. On July 22nd 2024 they confirmed the part was available to order. We made the purchase Online that same day and on July 24th 2024 they sent us an email saying that they had CANCELED the order due to the unavailability of the parts. Today is August 6th 2024 and my bank has not credited the $416.94 EUR that were charged to my credit card. This has caused a mess on my finances, not to mention time wasted on various emails with the vendor and calls to my bank. How can a company CONFIRM an order and then CANCEL it after payment? This company is a fraud

Je reçois des mails de Christine du service client. En fait c'est un robot qui répond. Le problème est que les réponses sont toujours les mêmes. Envoyer des photos ...... Voila comment FIXPART traite ces clients. Aucun dialogue possible, l'IA a encore du boulot.....

J ai acheter chez eux une pièce pour mon four, ca n’allait pas je les renvoyer a mes frais avec un bon retour quil m’ont donner et j ai été remboursé rapidement

Il y a eu une erreur dans ma commande, j’ai voulu renvoyer le colis et recommander un produit, mais à partir du moment ou ils ont compris que c’etait un retour. Je b’ai plus jamais eu de reponse a mes mails. Du coup, je suis avec le mauvais produit chez moi et j’ai du en racheter un ailleurs. Vraiment pas sérieux comme site, au niveau service clients et remboursement. Nul nul nul
