I just ordered threw them for the first time and I was excited about the hair and the price . I received an email asking me for a pic of my card and my ID I’m like with all this fraud going on out here I’m not sending no pic of my card the payment went threw and I know what address I used for my card and for my home address they said I had to wait five days and they was gonna cancel my order mind you my birthday is coming up which is why I was ordering the hair so I’m like give me my money back y’all wasted my time .please don’t order three them worst online experience ever 😨😨😨😨😨😰

Amazing customer service!!! I have been trying to locate a particular wig here in Canada and was not successful in my search. I was referred to the Ebonyline website and much to my surprise they had exactly what I was looking for style and colour. Larissa from customer service support was exceptional and assisted with a quick response and helped me for what I was looking for. Product was out of stock when I ordered on the Wednesday and it was located then delivered to Canada within three days. That to me is an experience I will never forget and I would like to recognize the service that was provided which was above and beyond my expectations! The shipping made my experience great. I can find this wig, the outre perfect hairline Seraphine, in other places but its hit and moss, Ebonyline almost always has it in stock. Its my favorite wig, the hairline is amazing, the babyhair is easy to lay and style and the texture is light yaki so its silky enough to blow in the wind and loose enough to not get tangled. UPDATE: TO ANYONE DOING A REVIEW TO RECEIVE POINTS DON'T BECAUSE YOU WON'T RECEIVE YOUR POINTS THEY ARE JUST USING YOU FOR FREE GOOD REVIEWS WHILE HAVING BAD SERVICE Ellie was incredibly unprofessional and ended my chat because she didn't want to answer my question. I've ordered here before and received great quality hair but this order was under false advertisement and that's such a shame because it used to be really good hair. Joyce made it seem like she fixed the issue and she did not. The colors I ordered were NOT what I received and they literally replied saying the color chart is just a "reference" and that they are not accurate. What's the point of having the colors shown when that's not what you're going to receive? Their return policy is also horrific, y'all. You have to PAY to return an item AND they'll take 20% of what you paid as a "fee" so you won't get a full refund if you do return. Absolutely unethical and terrible.

This Company is Beyond Caring and Amazing, Communicative, Concise and Easy to Approach! I had an urgency with reordering one of the products in another color, that specific color was sold out, however, MAHAZ email me this dilemma, suggested some other colors that closely fit my desire and promise to let me know when that item and the color is back in stock she would let me know. Her due diligence and the company as a whole work above average standards and I was extremely pleased!
