I ordered a few days ago, and I havnt gotten a shipping number... I paid 40 bucks for this wig so hopefully it shows up... So far no response to my emails ):

Buyer beware..This company is robbing its customers. I purchased a wig, and they sent me a bad unit. It was old and shedding. What I figured out is their return policy is crazy and set customers up, so you cannot return a bad unit. Things like dont pop the plastic in the box, you have to pop the little plastic strip just to see the wig. This company needs to be investigated. They are robbing their customers. Please read all return policies before purchasing. Once these people send you a unit good or bad its yours and if you return it will cost you more shipping dead hair all over the place. I will just take the loss, but you guys' won't get my money again. Ladies, its cheap for a reason.

My experience with this company was horrible. Try at your own risk. I placed an order for 12 inch bundle human hair. I received random hair scraps. I could not find a single 12 inch strand. It looked like the hair that is found on barber shop floors. I returned the hair. I was denied a refund. The company asked (via email) if I would authorize them to charge me $8 to RETURN the hair to me. Mind you...I paid to ship the return to them. They went on to say that if I did not want the hair back, they would "dispose" of it. I emailed them back an emphatic NO to the authorization and told them that I cannot do anything with random hair scraps. I am out of $30+ for the hair and additional expenses to return the hair to them. I do NOT recommend Ebonyline. I would give them zero stars if I could. Carrie P.
