I have ordered multiple items from this company with no issues. However, in the past few months, each time that I have ordered, my credit card information has been stolen. The site is NOT SECURE. I looked back at all my purchases and each of the THREE times my cards were compromised came after using this site. Buyer, please beware. EDIT: I recently learned that the website "Shop Hair Wigs" is also associated with the company Ebonyline. Do NOT use them either. I placed an order and Ebonyline sent me an email informing me that the color wasn't available. It's the same horse, just a different color. I'm sure that Ebonyline was responsible for the theft of my card information and I will not use any company associated with them EVER. Take your money elsewhere and shop with a reputable company.

The service is awesome and Michelle J is friendly and courteous with orders. I love the units I purchase and the prices are unbeatable! I highly recommend this site to my friends!

One of the items I ordered was out of stock and Larissa from customer service contacted me right away so I could choose another color or wig. She made the switch quickly and with no problems so my order would still arrive on time. Great customer service
