This was my first time using Greenbuyback and it was for two items that were fairly high value. The whole process was great and there was some great customer contact to let me know the item had been received and my check was on the way. I will use Greenbuyback again the next time I have a qualified item to sell.

Easy to use and fast service

Fair payout. Received check on 10/01/16, went to bank and find check dated for 10/3/16. Have to wait to Monday to cash. Believe the check should have been dated for the day it was processed.

I initially had some problems with this company but they called me and made an honest effort to work things out to both of our satisfaction. Would I deal with them again? I think I would. They have a real concern to make sure their customers are satisfied.

I sold my broken Galaxy s7 edge to GreenBuyBack and waited for the check. It didn't come for a few weeks so I reached out to them and got a response the same day. They found that the check had been returned because my address got cut off because it's so long. This has happened to me before with another company, so i don't blame them. They decided to cut me another check and even added an extra $20 for my trouble and wait. Very impressed with them. I definitely will recommend them to friends in the future. The CEO was even involved with the transaction and was the one to ok the extra money and said to contact him personally if there is any further trouble. Not many companies that operate like this. 5 Stars.
