Another first class service, the staff are very friendly and always greeted with a smile. If you can’t quite manage to find what you’re looking for they’re always there to take time to help you find it, nothing is too much trouble.

A very helpful and knowledgable gentleman assisted me through our purchase in the bedroom dept. We also had a very nice lunch in the cafe with friendly staff. A first visit to John Doe proved a positive experience.

Today John Doe carpet fitters Ashton and Presley arrived to fit our bedroom carpet . They were punctual,friendly,polite and very helpful ,leaving the room looking amazing .So many thanks to them and everyone in the carpet department who helped along the way .Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

My husband and I popped into store today looking at beds Stewart Walker sales manager talked us through lots of different options and was so knowledgeable and understanding of our needs. He is a fantastic salesman and a credit to your company. Would 100% recommend John Doe to friends and family. Also after buying the bed went downstairs and bought a sofa too we were served by Ian and service received was excellent.
