Stuart, in the bed department, is very enthusiastic, knowledgeable and helpful. He helped us choose a new bed and was able to identify that, due to a medical issue (and by completing a disclaimer), we were able to avoid paying the VAT. The in-house café also served excellent coffee and sweet home-made treats that aren't overloaded with sugar. The Clearance Floor at the back of the shop is always worth a visit - we found some real bargains in there over the last three years since we've lived in Norfolk.
