Purchase of dining table July 2024 Extremely good service, we were allowed to browse without any pushy sales, but there was always someone on hand if we needed advice. There was no pressure when we said we’d need to think and come back and when we went back the service was excellent. With interest free credit offered they have the edge over Glasswells and rival them by also offering a lovely cafe. They have a wide range of lovely high quality furniture and an extremely good value sale items area (I’m assuming ex display) right at the very top of the building. We were told delivery would be 4-6 weeks but our item had arrived and was ready for delivery just a week later.

sales were very knowledgeable about the product we were interested in purchasing. No rushing us, the sales people would answer any questions we had and allow us time to think about the product we were considering. No pressure.

Thanks to the flooring team! Customer Service and organisation from Sam was excellent, Sam always has such a positive friendly manner! Danny came to measure and estimate, Jimbo and Simon who fitted. The whole team just made such an effort in every way, this is so appreciated, during such a busy time for us. The floor itself is great quality and looks lovely. I can't thank you all enough!
