Excellent knowledge and service

On a Thursday afternoon our little embroidery machine stopped working leaving little choice or hope for a fix with orders mounting I had to source a solution. After calling around for an hour I found Sewing Machines UK in Medway. I spoke with Tony who was so helpful and booked us in the next day to look at our machine. I also informed Tony that I was looking to also upgrade to a PR680w Brother and he had one in stock to which I jumped at the chance and purchased. The following day I arrived and not only had Tony arranged all the items but gave myself and my partner a run down with Alex the engineer on the device. I cannot tell you how knowledgeable, kind and helpful the customer service was from both Tony and Alex. Every question was answered and the customer service was second to none, going above and beyond to show all aspects of the machine.
