They are heavily overpriced and unhelpful

They are heavily overpriced, their customer support takes ages to get back to you, and they won't notify or update your package when their prices change. My package on the website costs a lot less, but I am still paying a high amount and i have not been told of the price reduction.

Pathetic service

Supersonic is pathetic with their customer service and technical support. I have no Internet since Thursday and just get pushed around from openserve to supersonic. Supersonic does not call back and their leadership hides away from customer service. Absolutely disappointing especially when you are paying for a service and receive nothing in return

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

I implore you not to use this ISP. Their customer service is SHOCKING! I have been trying to resolve our terrible wifi connection for weeks. I am supposed to have 50 mps and I average 2 mps. I work from home, which is impossible with this disgusting service I am paying for. Be prepared to climb Mount Everest to get an issue resolved. You wait for hours to get through to the call centre......the whatsapp is even worse. They lie continuously. I get asked the same question repeatedly and if you don't respond immediately, they close the case and you have to start from scratch again. I am frustrated beyond words. In my 58 years on this planet, I have never encountered such BAD service. Please give give this ISP a VERY VERY VERYwide berth.

Truly, consistently poor service. Use another provider if you can. Feel free to confirm customer feedback on their twitter feed and google and hellopeter rankings. Not a single customer has anything good to say.

Worst experience with this ISP…

Worst experience with this ISP provided. Account held since 2021 with constant issues with connectivity, not responding to emails, they don't resolve queries raised, the service paid for the data not aligned against the testing speed and overcharging for zero service. Trying to cancel and change to another service provided and now I am arrears and forced to pay to release the line. Wish i had read the reviews before signing up with them, the worst internet service provider with no service.

Incorrect sms' sent to client or possible scam

Sms’ received several times during the month to notify that cap is used up when it is nowhere near being complete. Followed by aggressive buffering to stop the movies. My anytime data (1/3) still stands at 41.23 but summary of expired for the month on anytime states 0.00. Incorrect billing and bad service on whatsApp.*This has just been confirmed by an Agent of Supersonic*

Useless Supersonic

Support is not up to standard. Time and again my speed test is not even 1 but I pay R1000 and it's also go on and off. Please don't get Supersonic there is better providers out there.

I've had billing problems with…

I've had billing problems with Supersonic and cancelled my subscription 3 months ago via mail, and by telephone. to date it still has not been called and still being billed for a network that have turned off on used since cancellation
