I haven't even been able to sign up and its been a week of phoning 2 to 3 times a day just to get connected. It takes 15 minutes for them to answer the phone and then the people in the call centre never resolve the problem. and very often the line drops and no one calls back and the whole thing starts again.

Apparently the night data does not work…

Apparently the night data does not work according to Kamogelo that I spoke to now. Your complaints dept is also having a technical problem. First she tells me night data starts at 10 and then at 12 then she tells me my night data was on last night but it didn't go on at all. What the hell am I paying for if this company is experiencing technical difficulties with everything. Answer me please!!!!!!!

MTN SUPERSONIC F'UP, PYRAMID SCAM.

Supersonic states very clearly on there website and there wiki that they are a uncapped, unthrottled and no bottle necking service, but yet these days your paying over a 1000 rand for a barely 2mb line where it is supposed to be 20mb up and down, and most of the time they bottle neck you or change your router settings to slow lane you so that higher paying customers can get a better connection, MTN SUPERSONIC IS A PYRAMID SCHEME AND CANT GIVE YOU THE SERVICE YOU PAY FOR. SCAM...

Probably the worst experience I have had with a company , every time you speak to someone in their call centre you get a different story , no one responds on their mails or return calls and I have spoken to some consultants who are just damn right rude ! Customer is not the priority, I am with Vodacom now , much much better

Pathetic service at Supersonic

I've been with supersonic for about 4yrs. Every time I go down,it takes almost 2 weeks to get sorted out. With me calling them and Vodacom. I am now down from the 10th August to date,2 September. With absolutely no feedback,they just blame Vodacom. This is pathetic really! Their consultants don't know what they are doing. Nobody knows anything!!!

I wish i had read the reviews before…

I wish i had read the reviews before signing up with them, the worst internet service providers I've had to deal with. You never get connection, their consultants are incompetent from finance to technical, they don't resolve queries but quick to close a ticket and blame the customer. The fact that they don't have a complaint department should tell you everything.

Listen, if you want to spend all your time on their waiting line trying to resolve your connectivity issues then Supersonic is the network provider for you! They will 100% also overcharge you (for internet you don't even have) and then blame it on their inability to allocate invoices

My experience has been utterly miserable with this provider. I had just spoken to a representative at your cancels team, Thando. I had put in a request to cancel my air fiber service on July 4th, 2022, and I had not received a response until I spoke with Luzane Du Ploy yesterday and she escalated the matter accordingly. Since day 1 when dealing with motivity for installation, I have had problems. They had failed to come out on the designated day to do my installation and thereafter only arrived 3 days later. Once my service was installed, everything was fine for the first week until I woke up one Saturday morning only to find that my connection light on the router was red. I sat on the phone most of that morning speaking to 2 different representatives trying to resolve the matter. Furthermore, at a later stage, I had 3 days without connection at my home while I was expected to work. I solely took out this package for work purposes as I work from home for a US company. I had lost out on 3 days of work due to no connection. I had called in on endless occasions to try to have the matter resolved and every representative I spoke with was unable to assist me, telling me that I am connected on their end however I had no connection at my home. This led me to have to go purchase a wifi dongle and additional data on a sim just to try to get some hours in. I am so extremely dissatisfied with the overall experience I have had at Supersonic. The team was not helpful on numerous occasions when I called in for tech support and to top it off when I called in to query cancellation of the service, I was told that I would not have to pay anything additional. I asked explicitly about cancellation fees and every rep I spoke to told me that I do not need to pay anything. I had never received a contract agreement, no specifications on the service, nothing. I had only received a simple form detailing my address and I was asked for my signature by Motivity and that was it. When Thando from cancellations called me this morning, he advised that he would escalate my cancellation to the management team and send my cancellation off to billing where he would only bill me for the router, installation, and activation fee. Tell me how it is that no one in your call center was able to share this information with me? When I called in to specifically ask about cancellation fees that I was prepared to pay! I have never dealt with such an incompetent team with a lack of understanding, professionalism, and empathy. I am honestly so sorry I ever took out a package with you. This has been an absolute nightmare from the start, with endless hiccups with connectivity and a lack of support from your team. I have attached a screenshot with the dates and times I called in to find out the cancellation and I am asking that you please review these calls since "all calls are recorded". I want this product to be removed from my premises without any hassles and I will not be paying a cent for the removal or installation until I speak with a manager! This is the most pathetic situation.
