Shocking service

Extremely disappointed with Supersonic. Reported my poor signal from December 2021 and still not resolved. I pay for 100/100 and receive no where near that service. Next step cancellation

Seems even the support team don't respond on these complaints anymore...probably because they quit. None the less. Requested cancellation last year June twice, and this after phoning them, speaking to a consultant who actually sounded competent and confirmed cancellation is in process. Decided to email cancellations anyway to ensure they got the message. Oh and they wanted to collect the router during the middle of the month but I had already paid for a full months' use. Sent numerous emails, no response. Tonight, literally 15 mins ago, SMS comes through...debit order of R 312 deducted from my bank account...out of f@#king nowhere...on the 20th of the month (not even close to my usual debit orders). LITERALLY...WHAT!? I Reversed the debit order Supersonic...you can phone me if you want, I'll reverse every single debit order until you get the message. Wanna go to court...let's f#$king go! You have an account on your Trial Balance called "bad debts" ...you can stick your debit order on that line item! GFY!

I have made contact with super sonic to speak to a financial manager with no response. I have received no bill or communication from super sonic for more than a year and 3 months this is the definition of incompetent I urge all clients that are in the same situation as me or anything similar to step forward and join me to make sure this type of customer service is not tolerated. I’m in the process of following the legal process with this company and anyone that wants to add on to my case feel free to drop your details or contact me.

Worst ISP in this country by far!!!!!

Never have we experienced such bad service from a company before. From their consultants, technical IT team and supervisors, everyone pathetic and useless. We had credit available which we have asked in writing to be used for the month of February. Supersonic did not comply and my account was suspended. After trying to explain to numerous consultants who everyone has a different story as to what procudure must be followed, still no internet. The fault lies with Supersonic but still no service from anyone. PLS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!

Worst ISP in South Africa!!!!

I get home and my Internet is down. I reboot everything as I jabe been told by Supersonic It department 1000000 times before. Nothing happens. I call the IT department, the guy tells me my account has been "suspended" I call again and go through to accounts to try and find out why my up to date account is suspended the lady in accounts tells me on her side the account is active, puts me on hold for nearly 8minutes and comes back to tell me she has spoken to the relevant department and that my account will be switched back online I need to give it 10 to 15 minutes then switch everything off and back on then it will work. 30 minutes later still no Internet after like a fool plugging the routers out and back in 10 times I call IT dearest back and get told that my account still says suspended on their end and that I need to send them all my proof of payments from 2019 when I started with supersonic! Tried calling back either no answer or they put you on hold and then drop the call after 10 minutes!!!! I am on a month to month contract and the last so called invoice on my portal account is from March 2021!!!!! This is redicioulius yet I pay R645 every damn month on time just to have my account suspended due to Supersonics lack of accounting capabilities!

Pathetic Customer Service, Pathetic Billing System, Pathetic Management! DO NOT USE THIS ISP

This has been the worst customers service and billing experience of all time. I've been contacting and calling Supersonic for months trying to resolve an error made by their company! I'm being charged an amount on my account which should not be allocated to me, I've been on numerous calls where they've assured me that I will receive a credit note and that my query will be sorted. And now my internet has been suspended because my account is in "arrears"! I request to get in contact with management but no one ever gets back to me. If it was possible, I'd rate them at a zero!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE !!!!!!! EVER!!!!!

At least looking through the hordes of complaints I know I am not alone. Nothing wrong with the connection when it works. When you do have an issue that's where the problems start. Service is unavailably poor. I too would be ashamed of myself. Will be looking for a new service provider for sure...

I have been waiting for my refund for a few weeks now and all i get is excuses i thought the people from Mtn that respond on here is going to sort it out for me. Mtn/supersonic finance department services is the worse i have come across. Seriously guys its time for a shake up in your business. Wouldnt be recommending anyone to this service. Pathetic. Im still waiting after emailing Nolan, Heather and Tiku and someone else so how is sending my details again going to help im starting all over again frustating.

I would like to give you a MINUS black star. Your service beggars belief, I would be ashamed to work for such a company. All that happens is that computer driven, stock, pathetic excuses are hashed out to desperate people. The South African public deserve better. Waiting since 29th December for a connection to existing Supersonic hardware. Today is the 24/1/22. What shocks me is you can disconnect customers at the flick of a switch but cannot connect them the same way! Whoever runs the company needs to take control to turn things around. Someone needs to contact me to get connected, Frogfoot is not the company that will be paid.....Supersonic will be receiving my money.

Worst service, even on new signed customer

I am new here and I've been trying to activate the service, no luck. Spoke with Three different agent on their call center, each agent has a different story. They all promise to call you back and they never do. Definitely will never recommend this ISP.
