The manager's response to my queries were second to NONE. I never expected such a fast response considering the 8 hours time difference between UK and Singapore.

Amazing service! Lucas was fantastic with his pre-sales support and helped within 5 minutes after I made a mistake with the payment. I bought a QNAP NAS drive and requested a custom hardware setup along with RAID 6 installation and the team made both changes before delivery. The drive arrived in very safe and secure packaging and was very well protected to avoid damage. Even though I live in Hong Kong, SPAN will be my first choice for future computer purchases.

Customer service was very responsive. Lukas answered my questions within minutes. Stock arrived 3 days after payment from UK to Bulgaria. I recommend it. Only cons is choice of transport companies. My order was not urgent and it will be helpful if there was cheaper option.

Great service from Span.com and the staff, I had been pestering the team for 3 months over which device to purchase. Purchased Qnap Nas yesterday, arrived today and already set up. I had a couple of questions that I need assistance on during the initial set up process and migration of data, and the team at Span resolved all of my issues during the calls that I made. Staff are super helpful and knowledgable, better than purchasing from Amazon or any other box shifter, support on the end of the phone is very important in this day and age. 10 out of 10
