Ordered a TS-453BT3 with upgraded memory. The online shopping experience and discussions with Span.com staff were good. Unfortunately, Span.com shipped the NAS without the memory upgrade. That said, Span.com responded very quickly and sent through the upgraded memory cards. I had to remove the existing memory cards and insert the new memory cards - not too difficult a task, although not one I was expecting to have to do. Overall - a positive experience and excellent customer service responsiveness to the original error in shipping. Excellent service from Katie.

Pro: - SpanStor service is excellent and saved me a few hours of messing around with a new NAS. Was able to drop it straight on the LAN and get it running out of the box. - Better price than most leading competitors with a better warranty Cons: - Website is a little bit clunky - As part of SpanStor, it would be handy if the summary of the network configuration could be included
