I found Span through their YouTube videos - reviews and information on the latest & greatest from the various NAS providers. Having got a lot of info from the videos, a no-brainer to buy from them. Pre-sale support & guidance over the phone was great. Tweaks to my quote were very quick, when I changed my mind on what I wanted. Everything arrived as expected. Built & configured as requested. Their only downside: their website needs dragging into the 21st century. But if you can't find what you want - call them. Really useful over the phone. Would buy from them again without hesitation.

Had to send some items back as not compatible even though specifically asked. Bit of a faff to send back compared to Amazon, but at least you can talk to people. Other than that I would have give five stars as excellent and will use again to purchase a soon needed NAS.

Excellent service and quick delivery

Good advice pre-purchase, easy to communicate post-purchase for some technical support needed as a result of my own naivety, entirely satisfied that I chose to have Span.com build and test my new NAS and good knowing that I have easy access to technical assistance if I have any issues - although the plentiful videos on YouTube are great also. 14 day money back period (not that I intend returning my NAS). Kept informed at all stages prior to delivery, great service right down to courteous DPD courier and a known 1hr time slot so I didn't have to wait in all day. Just a good experience all round.
