Poor customer service and delayed delivery

Still waiting for my order to be completed. The usual excuse, someone else’s fault. Response time for customer service can take up to a week but apparently if you don’t report anything faulty with your ordered goods within 24 hours this company washes its hands from responsibility! Had a cracked sink in a box which was clearly a fault but refused to provide any replacement or refund. In the end I bought all my other 3 bathrooms from somewhere else so a RRP gain of couple of hundred pounds quickly turned into thousands of missed sales for this company. I don’t think it matters to them anyway but I would certainly not recommend this company and advice you to shop somewhere else.

Good price but delivery arrangements too last minute

Good price. Quality of goods excellent but unable to speak to anyone about my delivery date. Received a text at 9pm the night before which was quite inconvenient at such short notice

Incomplete delivery

In complete delivery. Still waiting on fixings coming Was a long process to sort out and we are still awaiting the correct fixings

Poor customer communication

I ordered a product to then be told about a week or so later it wasn’t in stock, even tho it was supposed to be sent in 3-5 days, and the refund wasn’t issued straight away im still waiting for it now 4 weeks later, communication is pretty much non existent. Terrible service and customer support will not use again

No goods, no refund just keeping my money!

Placed order then got msg a couple of days later that they actually do not have any stock but will be back in stock in 3-4 weeks. Really! asked for refund on 26th May and still no refund. Disgraceful way to run a business.

Great company to deal with. Good prices, excellent communication and swift delivery. Will definitely shop with this company again.

Really good communication, driver called me to say he would arrive in 20 minutes. Products arrived without damage. Price was good

Excellent service first item not recieved but straight away delivered a few days after great customer service
