THIS COMPANY NEEDS ZERO STARS

THIS COMPANY NEEDS ZERO STARS. The way I have been treated by this company is absolutely shocking. They have a firm and genuine belief that even after charging £21.00 post and PACKAGING that they are under no obligations to protect, cover, pack or pad out a product they send out. I ordered 3 sinks and 3 taps. And they all came in the basic manufacturing thin none lined or protected boxes. I took a whole day off work to receive the WHOLE DAY delivery slot. They sent these through a courier who smashed all 3 sinks. They then argued with me saying why would they “re pack items” if I don’t like it contact the manufacturers. They simply pass them on as they come. They told me I had to “PACKAGE” items up for return (funny right?) To save them pick up costs. They the demanded I take a full day off work mon-fri to have these collected which I refused. So they decided. And instructed me to place out the taps one the 1st day in my alleyway wheelie bin. For collection. Which I did. I photographed and they acknowledged. Day 2 under their instructions I placed 3 sinks in the alley behind the wheelie bins and photographed. And they was collected. Now they are claiming the sinks were not there for collection, and are stalling. And refusing to refund. This is weeks so far. FRAUD claim opened with my bank. I urged EVERYONE. No matter how much you need the product use a reputable company, this company will rip you off, The emails and phone calls I have had have been abusive. Accusing me. Rude. Arguing that I am wrong. That P&P doesn’t mean PACKING.. and that they are not to blame. I am apparently. I emailed in stating that I won’t put up with the delays any further and I will open a bank case and I got a rude generic email stating that refunds that up to 14 days. But they haven’t even accepted they will refund me yet. In fact they are actively refusing as they claim I haven’t returned the sinks. They have STOLEN all of my money, they have the products and my money. I’m left with nothing at this stage.

Lack of Communication

We placed an order on the 9th of June for an urgent part required on site - Our engineer spoke to someone who confirmed this would be there the following Wednesday. We then had to chase for updates as nothing arrived - a refund was requested on the 14th June. By the 13th of July a credit still hadn't been received - when chased we were advised that they were behind and we would be receiving this WC 18th July. (Over a month wait after the order had been cancelled) It's taken several emails to get to this point with very little support/ communication from their team.

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Toilet was delivered in 3 differend times. In total I waited over a month I tchink. The flush button is missing but nobady care. (We ordered it for a commercial salon, so lots of parcels in space when we do major refurbisment, obviesly guys did not want to pulling out things from boxes. Communication was horrible with shop About deliverys so I did not know what to Expect and when, busy with other stuff don’t check Box for missing items) Honestly don’t bother…

Good products, no one in the office

It took a long time to get my goods. But you were waiting for shipping yourself, so I understand. Email communication was ok But no one to answer the telephone which was off putting. Great product tho

Hopeless!

Placed an order, for item recommended by plumbers plus quite a lot more. Was notified after too long that items were not in stock, so did I want to cancel. I did as they wouldn't arrive in time. Then it took over a month and much chasing to get the refund!! And it wasn't even my fault to cancel. Communication was slow, and service horrendous - must be easy to quickly refund a card payment. And surely they shd have known instantly if an item wasn't in stock!! Rather than notify a week later.

I purchased a shower cubicle for £650…

I purchased a shower cubicle for £650 unfortunately didn’t realise that the length was wrong. The product was not opened but because it was past two weeks the company blatantly refused to refund or exchange .I found The customer service approach very cold and in the end they didn’t escalate my concern or respond. Poor aftercare I won’t purchase anything from here in the future

I have several accounts with leading…

I have several accounts with leading national bathroom/plumbing suppliers. Unfortunately they did not have a wc seat for a Roca unit due to a shortage. I needed this for my client and went on line and I had been provided the code product number. Bathroom Planet stated that they had the wc seat in stock. This was not true since I received an email stating that it was not in stock and had to order it with a delay of over 7 days. I received the seat it was the correct product number but it was wrong seat. My supplier had given me the wrong code number. I realised immediately that it was incorrect and the package was NOT opened. Bathroom Planet will not accept returns for wc, yes it states "all toilet seats are non-refundable" and yes I understand if it had been opened BUT it was never opened. They will not accept as a return as a good will gesture. The money is more important than their customer hence I will not deal with them. My company this year will be spending over £50000 a year on bathroom fittings and had they shown some leeway they would have been the opportunity to become a supplier to me in the future.

Still waiting for refund

When placing order all seemed OK Was later told goods were out of stock and Was given the choice of waiting for them to re stock or having a refund I chose to have a refund Over a month later and I still have not received refund Very bad customer service
