Don’t use Bathroom Planet. It’s a scam! I purchased a shower screen from their website, was then told it was out of stock but it took a further 3 weeks of chasing to get my refund. One excuse after another. Do yourself a favour, give your money to someone else.

Terrible experience with accounts department. No refund that was owed, even after customer services intervened. Ridiculous email trail to try and get a paltry amount of money back. Have another bathroom to complete, won’t use again, big order lost due to inadequate accounts department.
Avoid this company at all costs
Avoid this company at all costs ! web pictures taken from reputable companies web sites. products described as Ideal Standard, Armatage Shanks for example are poor copies. This company never answers its phone, do not respond to e-mails or its chat line even after repeated attempts. I do not believe some of the revues that have been posted I think these have been self generated. Asked a friend who lives in the area to look at this company for me and he says allways looks empty. I bought what I thought was a toilet…
I bought what I thought was a toilet and flush box , looked like it in the picture. So when it arrived it was just the base. Obviously I wanted both and had to call to reschedule delivery and no one actually thought to say don’t you want the cistern too? So I ended up paying for two lots of delivery and for the sake of a two minute phone call I could have been asked if I needed it I now have a basically more expensive toilet…
Bad customer services/ don't honour there orders
I ordered a bath from Bathroom Planet.com the advertised price was £38:10. I ordered it in good faith online and paid in full for the bath and delivery at the price advertised and charged. My order was processed with an email receipt sent to my inbox as confirmation of my order with order number ect. 48 hours later I received an email telling me my order was cancelled due to there being a glitch in the pricing of the bath online?.The email had no point of contact to reply to. I replied explaining I would like the price and order to be honoured. I have had no reply and left phone messages. I have had no reply or proper explanation to why I have been treated this way. Its apparent its an error on Bathroom planet.com part not there customers. How a company responds to its mistakes and customer issues, ultimately says alot about a company's morals and commitments to its customers, not just there profits margins. Beware of Bathroom Planet.com they can even answer customer complaints.
Buy from elsewhere!
Ordered everything fine, then got an email stating what I'd ordered wasn't in stock and I'd have to wait a minimum of 4 weeks or they could issue a refund straight away. I went with a refund on July 14th, as of 25th still nothing back from accounts and the sales department just says we have to wait as they work remotely and no other way to contact accounts. Happy to take your money for items they don't have in stock and will completely ignore you when you ask for a refund, awful experience won't ever be using again.
